USWIB strives to promote female and non-binary students' personal and professional development by providing networking and social interaction opportunities with students, faculty, administrators, alumni, and female business leaders. By laying the foundation for a powerful network of female and non-binary business leaders, USWIB creates a supportive community where students can share diverse experiences, perspectives, and resources.
